Is your skin looking and feeling neglected due to a busy lifestyle and lack of sleep? Some of these tips can help give you back that healthy glow and smooth skin!
Cut back on…..
1. Sugar – consuming a lot of sugar triggers glycation. This is a process that dehydrates your skin and toughens the top layer of cells.
2. Alcohol – All those wines and gins will inflate your blood vessels, which disrupts circulation and oxygen flow, leading to unsightly red patches.
Make sure you drink plenty of water, as this will help to flush out the bad toxins in your body!
To keep my skin hydrated and feeling soft and silky, I use the same two products daily before I apply my daily makeup!
These products won’t break the bank and do an amazing job! I understand everyone has different skin types and these products won’t necessarily work for everyone, but it works wonders for me! (Dry, sensitive skin)
- L’OREAL Paris- skin perfection – advanced correcting serum
- L’OREAL Paris- skin perfection – correcting day moisturiser
I always apply the advanced correcting serum first. You don’t need a lot of this as a small amount will be plenty to cover your whole face.
I then apply the correcting day moisturiser. I use a bit more of this product as it is a thicker consistency but glides over the face beautifully. As you can see I am running low on this!
