Benefit: Roller Lash Mascara Review…

If I was only allowed to pick one makeup product to use, it would be mascara any day! My face looks naked without it! Eyelashes are one of my favourite features, as without these, my eyes look so small. Mascara just makes them…Pop! Thinking about not having any eyelashes makes me want to cry!

The best mascara I have come across as of yet, is the BENEFIT: ROLLER LASH – £19:50

This mascara comes in black and pink packaging and looks great. The lid of the mascara wand, has a rubber texture, to help give you the perfect grip when applying. You dont need layers and layers of this, 1-2 coats gives you the wow factor!

It states that the mascara lasts for up to 12  hours but it stays on for much longer. I will apply this in the morning aroud 06:30 and it will still look the same as i applied it at 22:00. It doesnt come off or smudge and stays put, keeping your eyelashes looking long and curled.

It lifts, separates and curls your eyelashes and gives your eyes a more open and intense look.

‘With a patent-pending, lightweight brush that features a 30-degree curve and tiny hooks on the bristles, you can easily catch every lash. Lashes will appear more voluminous and their length will be increased, whilst the added ingredients of Provitamin B5 and Serin work to condition the hairs’

This is an example of the mascara on! I have had many comments from friends/colleagues asking if my eyelashes are fake or my own. When I tell them, that they are my own, they all ask what mascara I use.

The only downside to this mascara, is that it is very stubborn to remove. The consistency of it, appears dry and will feel dry to touch. But if you were to pick it, it does not come off easily and will then feel thick and smudge. Once picked, it will clump together and you wont be able to seperate your lashes unless its removed properly….So basically the best advice is, do not try and pick off this mascara! I use Simple make up remover wipes and this gets it off fine.

Clinical results:

  • 97% said it visibly lifts lashes
  • 87% said it gives long-lasting curl
  • 94% said eyes look more open

I highly recommend this mascara!

Let me know if you have ever tried this mascara, and what you think?

Great post. Think the Benefit mascaras have a reputation for being difficult to remove – a bit of coconut oil massaged into the lashes always seems to do the job for me! X

I’ve never tried this because of the wand, but if everything you said is true I might give it a chance. I find that the curved wand is harder for me to use but maybe Im just not applying it correctly?
